Terms of use of MSSI gift cards

1. The use of gift cards constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions which regulate their use.
2. The gift cards are redeemable for merchandise or tickets at any MSSI sales point except at Morin Heights Nature Camping & Cabins. The gift cards are not valid for online purchases made on MSSI.CA.
3. The gift cards are offered in denominations of $20, $50 and $100.
4. The purchase of gift cards cannot be combined with any other promotion.
5. The gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
6. Gift cards do not have an expiry date. They are valid until balance is spent. To recharge the gift card, please come by one of MSSI sales point ($20 minimum per recharge).
7. MSSI cannot be held responsible for replacing a card or reimbursing its value if it is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged or used without your consent.
8. In the event that a gift card is damaged, unusable or defective, MSSI’s liability is limited to the replacement of the gift card, provided that the information contained on the gift card allows the identification of the account number. Please come by one of MSSI Customer Service Counters for assistance.
9. The terms of use may be modified at any time without prior notice.
