Answer: No, only approved lifejackets are accepted.
Can children go in the Pool-Spa?
Answer: Children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years and over (1 child per adult).
Are sunglasses permitted?
Answer: Yes, in all activities if they are worn with a strap around the head.
Are coolers permitted on the site?
Answer: Yes, the entire site.
Is it possible to bring alcoholic beverages and glass containers?
Answer: No, no alcoholic beverages or glass containers are permitted inside the park.
Is it possible to bring a BBQ?
Answer: No.
Is it possible to rent a locker for the day?
Answer: Yes, a locker is $ 5 for the day and a deposit of $ 5 is required.
Are shoes allowed in pools or water slides?
Answer: Water shoes and Crocs style footwear are the only feet protection permitted in our various activities. They are not allowed in the Twisters.
What are the payment methods available on site?
Answer: Cash, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) are accepted in all booths except the Tram and le Marché (cash only).
Is it possible to exit and return to the site with the bracelet?
Answer: Yes. The bracelet must be worn on the wrist at all times.

Answer: Yes, they are located in the BBQ restaurant and clinic building to the right of the wave pool.

Answer: In designated areas only. Smoking is prohibited in all line-ups, the Pool-Spa area, children's Island, the terrace at Resto BBQ and Gazebo.
