CORPORATE GROUPS AND OTHERS...

The Mont Saint-Sauveur Water Park is pleased to welcome your group.

Here is the procedure to follow to help you to plan your day.

Ticket reservation only:

  • 24 business hours prior to the day of the outing
  • Confirmation of the number of participants per category*

Ticket reservation & meal coupon (servied at the Resto B.B.Q. or the cafétéria)

  • Minimum 3 working days prior to the day of the outing
  • Confirmation of the number of participants per category*
  • The unused meal coupons must be returned on the day of the event ONLY to Customer Service.

*Categories : 1,40 m & more / 1,39 m & under / 3 to 5 years old

In case of bad weather
Please confirm as early as possible by calling at 450.227.4671

  • option 0 before 8:30 a.m.ou
  • option 2 after 8:30 (Monday to Friday))

ON THE DAY OF YOU EVENT

The group representative must go to the Customer Service in the main pavillon of the Mont Saint-Sauveur Water Park

Group arrival by bus
We suggest taht one of your responsible members use their vehicule to accompagn the bus.

  • Busses should direct themselves towards the drop off area ans park where the attendant indicates. You will be greated by someone who will explain the park rules and regulations on the bus.
  • All group members should remain in the bus and wait upon their leader to return aboard the bus to distribute the bracelets.

Individuals arriving by car

  • We recommand that the participants meet their representative at a predetermined metting time and area (ex.: cafeteria) for the bracelet distribution.

Bracelets

  • Pick up and count the bracelets with the Customer Service attendant.
  • Return extra bracelets ans settle payment before 1:30 p.m.
  • IMPORTANT: damaged bracelets or those of the wrong category mus be exchange at Customer Service
  • Accepted payment methods: cash - Visa - Master ard - American Express - Debit card or cheque payable to Mont Saint-Sauveur Water Park
  • If possible, leave Customer Service a cellular phone or pager number for us to be able to reach you in case of emergency.

Mesuring tool

  • Customer Service will provide you with a measuring stick indicating 1,40 m. It will help you distribute the correct bracelet to your participants.

Park entrance

  • For groups of 100 people and more with a reserves site or for groups of 40 to 99 people, we offer the possibility of allowing 5 leaders in the park before the opening. To benefit of this service you must make arrangements with our coordinator Isabel Pilon at 450.227.4671 ext.5-3284, 24 business hours prior your outing.Nous vous souhaitons une très belle journée
